About the area
Aluva is the northern gateway to Kochi, home to the FACT industrial complex, the Cochin International Airport, and the Aluva metro terminal. It is a self-contained town with its own commercial areas, temples, and a large working population. PG rents are among the lowest in the Kochi metro area. The area suits airport staff, factory workers, and anyone commuting southward via the metro, which connects Aluva to the city centre in about 45 minutes.
