Balkampet is a central Hyderabad neighbourhood near Ameerpet, known for its Yellamma Temple and nearness to the SR Nagar coaching belt. It lies between Punjagutta and Erragadda, connected by TSRTC buses and close to the Ameerpet Metro interchange.
