Connaught Place (commonly called CP) is New Delhi's central business district, ringed by colonial-era colonnaded buildings housing offices, banks, restaurants and retail outlets. Rajiv Chowk Metro, where the Blue and Yellow lines intersect, makes CP one of the most connected points in the city. PG demand here comes mainly from young professionals working in central Delhi offices and media houses.

Karol Bagh is a busy central Delhi neighbourhood known for its shopping streets, Ajmal Khan Road for garments, Ghaffar Market for electronics and Bank Street for jewellery. The Blue Line metro station provides direct access to Rajiv Chowk and Dwarka. PG demand comes from students attending nearby coaching centres, small business workers and budget travellers.

Chandni Chowk is Old Delhi's historic market corridor, stretching from the Red Fort to Fatehpuri Masjid. The Yellow Line metro station connects it to the rest of Delhi. The area is dominated by wholesale trade (textiles, spices, dry fruits, paper and electronics) drawing workers and small traders who need cheap accommodation nearby.

Saket is an upscale south Delhi residential neighbourhood known for the Select CITYWALK mall complex, DLF Place and several corporate offices. The Yellow Line's Saket station and nearness to Mehrauli heritage area give it both metro access and character. PG seekers here are typically working professionals in south Delhi firms or students at nearby institutes like NIFT.

Malviya Nagar is one of south Delhi's most popular PG neighbourhoods, sitting between Hauz Khas and Saket on the Yellow Line. It draws students from IIT Delhi, JNU and IIMC as well as young professionals working in south Delhi offices. The neighbourhood has a long-standing PG culture with numerous choices for both men and women.

Hauz Khas is known for two things: the medieval Hauz Khas Complex with its lake and Deer Park, and Hauz Khas Village, a cluster of boutiques, restaurants and bars popular with Delhi's young crowd. IIT Delhi's campus borders the area. The Yellow Line station and Magenta Line's IIT station provide strong metro connections.

Green Park is a linked by metro and bus south Delhi residential area on the Yellow Line, positioned along Aurobindo Marg between INA and Hauz Khas. Its short distance to AIIMS, Safdarjung Hospital and several embassies brings medical professionals, students and diplomatic staff seeking PGs.

Vasant Kunj is a large south Delhi residential colony spread across multiple sectors, close to the Ambience Mall, DLF Emporio and the Vasant Kunj institutional area. JNU, IIT Delhi and the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade are within a short drive. The Magenta Line at Vasant Vihar provides nearby metro access.
